We want you to be completely satisfied with your MagSnap purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bwebstudio.site with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return
